Welcome to Neybors. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of neybors.com, our Expert AI widgets wherever they appear, and every related product and service we operate (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old. If you join as an Expert, you represent that you hold an active real estate license in good standing and that the information in your application is accurate. We verify Expert credentials and may decline or remove any account that does not meet this standard.
Neybors is a marketing, content, and communication platform that connects people exploring neighborhoods with licensed local real estate agents ("Experts"). Neybors is not a real estate brokerage, is not a party to any real estate transaction, and does not provide brokerage, legal, tax, lending, or inspection services. Experts are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Neybors, and are solely responsible for their professional conduct and compliance with the laws and rules that govern them, including MLS and REALTOR® association rules.
Parts of the Service are powered by artificial intelligence, including each Expert's conversational AI (which may speak in a cloned version of that Expert's voice, created with the Expert's consent), AI-generated summaries, drafts, and recommendations. AI output is generated by machines and:
You agree not to rely on AI output as the sole basis for any real estate decision, and to use human judgment — yours and that of licensed professionals — for anything consequential.
You keep ownership of the content you submit — questions, notes, photos, videos, recordings, and (for Experts) reels, interviews, and knowledge you add. You grant Neybors a license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. Experts who record a voice sample consent to the creation and use of a synthetic clone of their voice for their reels and their AI, and can revoke that consent by deleting their voice or account. Homeowner interviews are used and attributed according to the consent choices made when they were recorded.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you will not: break the law; violate fair-housing laws or use the Service to discriminate against or steer people based on protected characteristics; harass anyone; misrepresent your identity or licensure; scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data; probe or overload our systems; attempt to extract or manipulate the AI outside its intended use; or resell the Service without our written agreement.
Consumer accounts are free. Expert plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at neybors.com/pricing, recur until canceled, and can be canceled anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding Rate pricing stays in effect for as long as the subscription remains active. Refund requests: email [email protected]; we're reasonable people.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neybors disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neybors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, put other users at risk, or misuse the AI. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 8, and 10) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; if a change is material we will give notice on the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Neybors about the Service.
