Neybors exists because most real estate sites treat people as leads to be sold. We built the opposite, and this policy writes that down: what we collect, how we use it, and the promises we make about it.
Account info: email, name (if provided), and for Experts, license and profile details. Sign-in is passwordless — we never store a password. Conversations: what you say to an Expert's AI, by voice or text, is transcribed and stored, along with AI-generated summaries. Voice audio is processed to power the conversation and voice features. Activity: saves, quests, quiz answers, and the pages you visit on Neybors, including basic attribution (for example, that you arrived from an Expert's Instagram reel), collected via cookies. Payments (Experts): handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
To run the Service: answering your questions, delivering summaries and quests you request, showing Experts the conversations and demand their content earns, and sending the emails you've asked for. To improve the Service: we review conversations and usage to make the AI and product better. To keep the Service safe: fraud and abuse prevention. We send marketing email rarely and you can opt out of it; transactional email (your summary, your Quest, a reply from your Expert) is part of the Service.
We use a small set of service providers to operate Neybors: Supabase (database and authentication), ElevenLabs (voice AI), Anthropic (language AI), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google Maps (maps and places), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job for us, and none may use your data for their own advertising.
When you interact with an Expert's AI or content, that Expert sees the substance of the interaction — the conversation, your stated criteria and interests, and your first name if you shared one — because serving you is the point. They do not see your email address or other contact details unless you give those to them yourself. Anything you say out loud in a conversation is part of the conversation they can read.
We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Email [email protected] to access or delete your data and we will honor it promptly, keeping only what the law requires us to keep. Experts who delete their voice clone or account end our use of their synthetic voice.
Neybors is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
